Abstract

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Using Digital Applications (Taspen Authentication) in Assisting the Pension Fund Disbursement Process at PT Taspen Bone Regency Thesis. Accounting Study Program at the Indonesian Education Foundation College of Economics (STIE YAPI) Bone.
The purpose of this research is (1) to determine the effectiveness of using a digital application (Taspen authentication) in assisting the process of disbursing pension funds at PT Taspen Bone Regency (2) to determine the obstacles or barriers to using a digital application (Taspen authentication) in assisting the process of disbursing pension fundsat PT Taspen Bone Regency. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the use of "Use of Digital Applications (Taspen Authentication) in
Assisting the Pension Fund Disbursement Process at PT Taspen, Bone Regency" can be said to be ineffective. This is because there are still 3 indicators out of 8 indicators of "effectiveness" that have not been met in the use of digital applications (Taspen authentication), namely: appropriate program preparation, a solid analysis and policy formulation process, and effective and efficient implementation. Another problem that also occurs is that there are obstacles in the process of using the digital application (Taspen authentication) which hampers the service process provided by PT Taspen Bone
Regency to customers.
